Brillante at Alice Dixson sa Club Mwah!
By: Dennis Adobas

The retro film showing of Mario O’Hara’s almost forgotten gem of a film “Bagong Hari” on Saturday, March 5, 2011, at 2pm at the Tanghalang Manuel Conde of the Cultural Center of the Philippines will surely be a reunion of sort of award-winning actors and film production people associated with the veteran filmmaker-scriptwriter-actor.
“Bagong Hari” is the launching vehicle into solo action stardom of then SOS stuntman Dan Alvaro (my first ward and talent). With him in the cast are Robert Arevalo, Joel Torre, Elvira Manahan, Ruel Vernal, Celso Ad Castillo, Carmi Martin, Toby Alejar, Glaiza Herradura and other supporting actors.
The script of “Bagong Hari” was written by Frank Rivera. The musical scorer Tony Aguilar garnered an URIAN award for this film.
See you there!
